1. Pickling and passivation of stainless steel welded pipes
Acid pickling and passivation can produce a thin, dense, and hard passivation film on the inner and outer walls of water pipes and fittings. The existence of passivation film is the fundamental reason for preventing corrosion of stainless steel fittings.
2. Gas shielded welding
Under gas protection, the chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel will not be oxidized during welding, retaining the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
3. Sealing material
The sealing material is a key point in the service life of stainless steel pipelines, and the service life of the sealing material determines the service life of stainless steel pipelines. Our stainless steel fittings use chlorinated butyl sealing rings imported from abroad, and the physical properties of the material are much higher than those of domestic rubber materials.
4. Bright fusion
After forming and welding processes, stainless steel fittings must undergo a 1050 degree fusion treatment to eliminate internal stress caused by deformation, reduce stress corrosion, restore intergranular changes during the welding process, dissolve carbides in the heat sensitive zone of welding in austenite, and prevent adverse effects on the performance of austenitic stainless steel.
